This page is the notice on the processing of personal data, in accordance with Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), for the guests of Hotel Belona Eforie Nord and for the visitors to the belona.ro website.
In brief: we collect only the data needed for booking, accommodation and communication, we use it exclusively for these purposes, we do not sell it, and we keep it only for as long as necessary or as long as the law requires.

2. Categories of data subjects and data processed
Hotel guests
First name, surname, data from the identity document (at check-in), telephone, email, period of stay, number of people, preferences, invoicing data.
People who contact us
Name, telephone, email address and the content of the message, when you call us or write to us for information or for a booking.
Website visitors
Technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited), collected in server logs and through strictly necessary cookies. With your consent, aggregated traffic statistics are collected through Google Analytics. The website does not use advertising tools.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Booking and provision of accommodation services: performance of the contract (Article 6(1)(b)).
- Registration of tourists, invoicing, accounting: legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)).
- Security of people and property, administration of the website: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).
- Communications about offers: only with your consent, which can be withdrawn at any time (Article 6(1)(a)).
4. Recipients
Data may be shared, strictly to the extent necessary, with: IT, hosting and email service providers, the provider of the platform used to manage offer requests (MiniCRM), the payment processor (when online payment becomes available), accounting and legal consultancy, and public authorities, in the cases provided for by law. All our partners are obliged to keep the data confidential and secure.
5. Transfers outside the EU
In principle, data is processed in the European Union. If a service provider involves a transfer outside the European Economic Area, it will be made only on the basis of the safeguards provided for by the GDPR.
6. Storage period
- booking and invoicing data: for the period provided for by tax and accounting legislation;
- registration of tourists: for the period provided for by the regulations in force;
- correspondence and requests: for the period needed to resolve them and afterwards to defend legitimate rights;
- technical server logs: for short periods, for security.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing. Requests are sent to belona@avenuehotels.ro; we will reply within one month at most. You can lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP), www.dataprotection.ro.
