The protection of your personal data is important to us. This policy explains what data we collect when you visit the belona.ro website, when you contact us or when you book a room at Hotel Belona Eforie Nord, what we use it for and what rights you have, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on data protection (GDPR) and the applicable Romanian legislation.
1. Who we are
The data controller is AMHOTECH SOFTWARE S.R.L., tax ID (CUI) 47079907, Trade Register registration no. J2022021395404, with its registered office in Bucharest, Sector 1, 62 Petre S. Aurelian Street, the company that operates the belona.ro website for Hotel Belona Eforie Nord, 9 Tudor Vladimirescu Street, Eforie Nord, Constanța County.

2. What data we collect
- Identification and contact data: first name, surname, telephone, email address, when you contact us or make a booking.
- Booking data: the period of stay, the number of people, the room type, preferences and special requests.
- Check-in data: the data from the identity document, requested in accordance with the legislation on the registration of accommodated tourists.
- Payment data: the data needed for invoicing. The hotel does not store card data.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, collected automatically in server logs and through the technical cookies necessary for the website to function.
Data reaches us when you call us, write to us or fill in the offer request form on the website (e-mail, first name, last name, phone, number of adults and children, preferred dates). The form is provided by the MiniCRM platform, in which we manage offer requests.
3. What we use the data for
- managing accommodation bookings;
- communicating with you before, during and after your stay;
- fulfilling legal obligations (registration of tourists, tax and accounting obligations);
- ensuring the security and proper functioning of the website;
- replying to requests, complaints and grievances.
4. Legal basis
We process data on the basis of the performance of the accommodation contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)), our legitimate interest in managing our business and ensuring the security of the website (Article 6(1)(f)) and, where applicable, your consent (Article 6(1)(a)).
5. Who we share the data with
We do not sell or rent your data. We may share it, strictly to the extent necessary, with:
- IT service providers and providers of website and email hosting;
- the provider of the platform used to manage offer requests (MiniCRM);
- the payment processor, when online payment becomes available;
- public authorities, when the law requires us to;
- consultants (accounting, legal), who are bound by confidentiality.
6. Third-party services integrated into the website
With your consent, given through the cookie banner, the website uses Google Analytics for aggregated traffic statistics; without consent, this service is not loaded. The website does not use advertising services. The logo of the NETOPIA payment processor, in the page footer, is loaded from its servers; when it loads, the provider may receive technical data (for example the IP address), in accordance with its own privacy policy. Links to other websites (for example the period photograph collections or the websites of the other hotels) take you to pages with their own data processing rules.
7. How long we keep the data
We keep data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes above: booking data for the duration of the contractual relationship and afterwards for the period required by tax and accounting legislation; correspondence for the period needed to resolve requests; technical data for short periods, for security.
8. Your rights
- the right of access to the data;
- the right to rectification of inaccurate data;
- the right to erasure of data (“the right to be forgotten”), under the conditions of the law;
- the right to restriction of processing;
- the right to data portability;
- the right to object;
- the right to withdraw your consent, without affecting the lawfulness of the earlier processing.

9. Data security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the data: a secure HTTPS connection, restricted access to data, passwords and staff training.
